The 112 m2 house is spread in two levels and harmoniously combines Cycladic atchitecture with contemporary elements. The open plan living and kitchen area on the ground floor offers a breathtaking view. The living area features a built-in sofa, while the interior design is deliberately spartan to convey a feeling of uncluttered calm. There is also a table for indoor dining and a fully equipped kitchen. Just few steps from the living area lead to the raised part of the house, with the two double bedrooms. One bedroom has ensuited shower room and balcony with sea view while the other has a smaller balcony and a next door shower room and wc. just few stairs down there are two more bedrooms , a shower room and the laundry room. One bedroom with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The outdoor is amazing with the pool and the breathtaking view. One can choose where to relax among different options.
