The Writer's Guest-home, exquisite near the beach

You often call it a nest and this was our vision. The intimate hideaway with wifi, surrounded by a lush garden full of berry, olive trees, a private fabulous courtyard. A 3min walk down to the sandy beach Karavi, 5min walk to the beach Livadakia, 15min walk to the Port. The traveler that values the beauty of simplicity and the aesthetic of nature, will experience the uplifting magic of this beloved guest-home. In peace and quiet even during August! One double bed and a small single bed. Enjoy

Miner's Place Chora, Serifos

Simple and cosy renovated house wedged in the alleys of the lower part of the old town (Chora) & bathed in sunlight right up until the afternoon. Improvements go up to the point it fits contemporary life, while capturing an essence of a bygone era in terms of structure and dimensions. Ευήλιο, λιτό και “ζεστό” ανακαινισμένο σπίτι στα στενά του παραδοσιακού οικισμού της Κάτω Χώρας. Βελτιώθηκε & προσαρμόστηκε με γνώμονα τη σύγχρονη εποχή, κρατώντας τη δομή & τις διαστάσεις μιας άλλης περιόδου.

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

My house is a small (12 sqm) stone-built house, on top of the old and well-preserved capital of Serifos, named Chora. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and panoramic breathtaking view to Aegean Sea. It is so spectacular, that it can be experienced only with your own eyes, while having a drink or coffee in the big, beautiful balcony (one of the largest on the island) on the rocky edge of the "Castle"

Το κατάλυμά μας βρίσκεται στην Χερρόνησο, ένα μικρό, γραφικό ψαροχώρι, στο βορειότερο τμήμα της Σίφνου. Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ακόμη ένα μόνο σπίτι, που ανήκει σε μία φιλική και ήσυχη οικογένεια με παιδάκια. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν επίσης δύο ταβερνάκια, mini market και αναψυκτήριο.
