Quiet apartment in the park

Enjoy the quiet life with your whole family or with someone special in this peaceful apartment right next to one of Oslos biggest public parks. And you can go for a swim in the city's brand new public bath/pool Tøyenbadet (tickets cost extra). The apartment is on the second floor which makes it easy with children. It has two spaceous bedrooms, a living room with a balcony and separate kitchen. 10 minute walk from the heart of Grünerløkka, and everything else is close by with bus, tram or tube

Welcome to a beautiful seaside apartment which holds a very good standard. with two balconies; one has a view of the sea and Bjørvika, while the balcony facing the back garden has good sun conditions. Easy access by lift and glossary shop and India food are in the 1st floor. Attraction at Sørenga: 1. Sørenga Seawater Pool 2. Bun's Burger Bar 3. Mirabel - The restaurant on the waterfront in the Sørenga 4. Friluftshuset: outdoor activity centre (Kayaking, Bouldering, Outdoor activity)

Leiligheten har en spektakulær utsikt. Stor stue med store vinduer hvor du kan nyte utsikten fra sofakroken.Her bor du i nærheten til alt. Ønsker du å ta et morgenbad kan du stupe i sjøen fra brygga rett utenfor eller du kan spasere bort til sjøbadet. Etter svømmeturen kan du på vei tilbake stoppe og ta en kopp kaffe på Cafe Eden. Det er en Rema1000 butikk i nabobygget. Det er et rikt utvalg av restauranter på Sørenga og Bjørvika. . Det er kun 15min å gå til Karl Johansgate.

Vil du bo på ett sted som er litt utenom det vanlige? Da er du hjertlig velkommen til oss. Vi kaller dette huset for «pizzahuset». Den italienske pizzaovnen gir deg ekte feriefølelse. Huset ligger landlig til i en stor hage. Veldig sentralt med både buss og t bane i nærheten. Badebassenget er tilgjengelig i sommermånedene. Huset er godt utstyrt til å lage mat i den vedfyrte pizza ovnen, men ellers er det kun en liten koketopp!

Beautiful house with a big garden, pool for kids (2x6 m/90 cm deep) located in Oslo. 15 min to Grünerløkka with the tram and a short walk to the surrounding forest and Maridalen lake. You will love the house and its location. The house is 237 sqm with: The area is safe and typically family orientated. 10 min walk away you´ll find Storo shopping Mall and also several restaurants.
