Newly renovated, four season home with a large private lot on Seneca Lake, the jewel of the Finger Lakes. Beautiful views of the sunrise in the morning over the expansive lake and the moonrise at night. 110 feet of beachfront with a huge dock. Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are all activities to be enjoyed or just chilling by the fire pit works also. All of this right in the middle of the Seneca Lake Winetrail, Within a mile of seven wineries including Fox Run, Red Tail, and Anthony Road.

The Willows at Lodi Point

Minutes from Seneca Lakes best wineries, breweries and distilleries. Hike the gorge at Watkins Glen or enjoy Ithaca's many water falls all within a short 20 minute drive. After swimming and relaxing on your private, gradual walk in beach enjoy the sunset and a camp fire. A dock, 4 Kayaks and 6 bikes are available for your enjoyment. Covered deck and gas grill for outdoor dining. Quiet level road for walking and biking. Playgrounds, park, marina and boat launch are a short 5 minute walk.

Private Floor on Cayuga Lake Shore

Private ground floor contains two bedrooms (queen and twin XL beds), bathroom, and family room. Family room has sofa bed, TV, internet, ice machine, kitchenette, bottled water dispenser, and refrigerator. Several steps from Cayuga Lake in the middle of the Cayuga Wine Trail. Very close to wineries, cideries, distillery, and beer garden. Lakefront (shared with owner) includes a propane grill, picnic table, kayaks, and dock for fishing or swimming. Easy walk down beach for children.

Lodi Lakefront

Welcome! Our year-around lakefront cottage features a new large deck perfect for family or friend get togethers. We have beach access on either side of the deck and 2 kayaks. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

Lakeside Cottage

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.
