Deliziosa location con vista mozzafiato

La Casa dei Limoni vi accoglie con la sua vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso e sul Promontorio di Portofino. E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

PER FAVORE LEGGETE FINO IN FONDO: e' un monolocale al Tigullio Rocks, vicino al mare Sembra quasi di poterlo toccare e di notte si sente il rumore delle onde. lavori di MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA NON CONSENTONO di scendere sulla nostra spiaggia privata e di utilizzare la piscina. La casa é affacciata nel golfo del Tigullio dove gode di una eccezionale vista mare ,nella quite delle colline Liguri, pur essendo a pochi passi dal mare. ha il Garage dove parte l'ascensore che raggiunge il primo piano dove si trova la cucina, salone, tinello, terrazza , jacuzzi, BBQ,bagno di disimpegno,e il secondo piano con tre camere da letto e i loro bagni privati, più camera in mansarda con bagno.
