Take delight and enjoy a delicious breakfast in this splendid open-air villa in the Heart of Seminyak. Enjoy the high vaulted ceilings, turqois accents and vibrant Balinese decor. Gather to lounge by the pool and soak up the magical atmosphere of this tropical hideaway. Villa Anais 3 bedr 3 bathr ensuite, is situated in a safe lane, in the heart of trendy Seminyak. Located on about a 10 minutes walk to Seminyak's beach and a 5 minute walk to fashionable Jl Oberoi, with all popular and hip restaurants and boutiques. Good restaurants and a variety of Spa’s on a few min walk from the villa. Taxi’s are abundant. The large inviting pool is 14m in length, set in a beautiful lush garden with lots of tropical flowers and frangipani trees hanging over the pool. A cozy kazibu is set up at poolside, perfect for lounging and relaxing. This ‘Bali Feel’ villa has been designed with traditional hand carved wooden pillars, antique Bali doors, stone carvings and carved recycle teakwood kitchen closets. The open Living offers a comfortable relax lounge facing the pool. The interior is decorated in Colonial style, mixed with modern design and Balinese details. The roof of the living and 3 bedroom/bathrooms ensuite are covered with hardwood shingles, which gives the villa the 'feel' of a small Balinese village. A Bamboo Pool fence is available and can be set up on request for an addtional fee. Villa Anais offers all modern conveniences you would expect to find, free Wifi, 60 channel Cable TV, Flatscreen TV and DVD players in all 3 bedrooms, safe boxes, Air conditioned bedrooms, modern Kitchen, Bluetooth Sounbar music set and laundry service. Friendly Balinese staff will prepare you a beautiful breakfast in the morning. A couple of newly opened Spa’s close by are regularly visited by our guests. Airport pickup will be organized. There is also the possibility to organize a driver, day tours, massage and private cooking (1 day before). It is also very easy to take taxi’s, they pass by in Jl Drupadi all day and evening. The Charm, Perfect Location, lux and lovely ambience of Villa Anais will make your stay absolutely Wonderful. Guest Access The guests have access to the Entire Villa and have a private pool. Private Parking available.. It is possible to rent the villa as a 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms in low season. Price depending on qty of rooms needed. We have a security man working from 13.00 until 6.00 in the morning. The Neighborhood The villa is just minutes from some of Seminyak and Bali's most highly regarded restaurants, bars, clubs and spas. Beach-club it in style at Kudeta, Potato-Head, Cocoon, The W and Karma Kandara all with international restaurants, DJ's and fabulous views. Tantalize your taste-buds at the famous Metis, Sardine, Sarong, La Lucuiola and Naughty Nuris. Sunsets at the Rock Bar Ayana Hotel followed by Jimbaran beach seafood BBQ. Enjoy night-life spots such as The W Hotel, Living Room, Huu, Red Carpet, Maria Magdalena, Potato-Head and La Plancha. Getting around Taxi's are abundant. It is possible to have my staff organize a driver with van for your daytours. Other Things to Note I can recommand you a pampering at Bodyworks, Prana Spa and Karma or at Aspya Spa next door to my property in Drupadi. Explore with day trips to Lembongan Island, volcanoes, monkey forest, temples, elephant and reptile parks, waterfalls. Expand the soul with culture, art and Balinese dances in Ubud. Play golf at the Nirwana Bali Pan Pacific, New kuta and Bali Handara. Dive and snorkel reefs with exciting marine life. Surf world famous breaks of Uluwatu and Padang-Padang. The guests will have access to the entire villa and a private pool. Private Parking in front of the property. We interconnect with the guests 24/7. Friendly staff, including maids, service man and night guard. I see my guests daily when I am In Bali. It is possible to order a driver for day tours. My staff can assist you, for organising. Also taxi's are abundant or you can hire a scooter. #Airport pickup will be organised. #Please dont leave any food out in the open kitchen/ living area, as cats can come in. #If you take taxi's, be sure to have small Rp notes, drivers often dont have change. And ask them to put the meter on. #Walking on the streets in Bali, please be aware of your bag, keep it on the inside side of the street. #Incase you rent a motorbike, please keep your bag in the storage under the seat. Never leave valuables under the bike seat when you park your bike. Its easy to be opened. # When swimming on the beach, Be aware of the strong current. Villa Vayu - under renovation

Villa Vayu provides the facilities and privacy of a holiday bungalow, a home away from home in Bali. A quiet retreat in which to relax and at the same time providing access to the world through WiFi and television. The living area includes a spacious open air space with overhead fans and seating area with two sofas - for relaxation and that day time nap, overlooking the pool. A dining table and open plan kitchen with drinks fridge provide cool beverages and snacks at your finger tips. A docking station will enable you to access your favorite music and set the mood. The dining area overlooks the pool area providing, the perfect place for a family or group breakfast and for embracing the morning fresh, Bali seaside air. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, water cooler, boiled water, microwave, and gas-top cooker. If you are a chef, pots, pans, and utensils are at your disposal to whip up fantastic meals. Tea and coffee is available throughout your stay. Lounge chairs surround the private garden pool and a bench seat is locate in a quite area of the garden for those intimate moments. The two bedrooms each provide access to a large full en-suite bathroom. Top quality mattresses provide for a good night's sleep. Each room has flat screen television, a DVD player to watch your favorite movies. Access to bedrooms is via glass sliding doors and each have separate air conditioning and include privacy screen curtains and drapes. The whole Villa is available to the guest/group that has booked the Villa. This includes two bedrooms with en-suites, open air living area, equipped kitchen and dining area, swimming pool and garden area. You are ensured total privacy. A Villa Manager will be available for you to contact at any time to assist with any concerns or issues and provide useful local information.House staff are available each morning who will maintain garden and pool areas, cook breakfast and clean rooms (up to 10.30 am each morning).There is daily breakfast and cleaning service (up until 1030 AM) included.Please let staff know if you do not wish to be disturbed during the allocated Villa service periods, to make alternative arrangements for breakfast or cleaning. Villa Vayu is located on a quiet lane, surrounded by other villas, family homes and distant rice fields. In popular Seminyak, it's just minutes to beach clubs KuDaTa and Potato Head and a short walk to local restaurants and shops. The main source of transport includes Taxis, Uber, Gojek and private drivers. Cars, Motor bikes and scooters are available for rent, though only recommended if guests are competent drivers, have an International Driver's Licence and are aware of the Bali traffic conditions. Surf and snorkel on Seminyak Beach, just 750 meters away from this quiet, upmarket location. Seminyak Village Shopping Mall is less than half the distance, while the many bars, cafes, and restaurants of Eat Street are within easy reach as well. The villa has plenty of parking for a car and several motor bikes. A short stroll up the lane to the main road (Jl Braban) that runs behind 'Eats street' (Jalan Laksamana) is an easy option to hail a blue cab. A cheaper and easy option is to download the 'Grab taxi' app and order a taxi to the villa front door. Mr Sukra, the villa manager, will happily assist with organising any transportation requirements. We have a very reliable, bubbly and trustworthy nanny available upon request.
