Small and cozy studio apartment in our home, perfect for a couple or a single person. Our house was originally built in 1905 but was mostly torn down 20 years later and built like it is today. Very close to the international airport as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Spacious deck to enjoy the good weather in the summer. Access to washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Please note that we have a big Golden retriever dog that shares the yard with us and you. 😊

Ocean View and Northern Lights Near Reykjavik City

Private house in a very quiet area with an amazing ocean view. Perfect spot to enjoy the northern lights with a great view over Reykjavik city. The residence of the Icelandic president ( Bessastadir) is only at 5 minutes walking distance and Reykjavik city is at 20 minutes driving distance. The apartment has a special fisherman Icelandic atmosphere. Beaches are at a walking distance and this is the perfect place for walking, cycling, running and horse riding, or bird or seal watching.

Aurora Horizon Retreat

A quiet and peaceful getaway with amazing ocean views. Located in the beautiful fjord called “Hvalfjörður”. Only a 45 minute drive from the capital. The interior was completely renovated in 2024. You can relax in the hot tub and enjoy amazing views of the horizon during the summer and you might see the northern lights during the winter. It's a perfect location for day trips to discover the Snæfellsnes peninsula and the silver circle and it's not far from the golden circle either.

An example of what's near our property: adventure for couples or individuals, good hiking trails mountain Esja, Mosfellsdalur, Álafoss valley, horse association Hörður and short to Icelandic nature, 30 minutes drive to Þingvellir National Park, Grocery store and swimming pool within walking distance. Public transport to Reykjavik (bus). What charms people with the property is bright and entrance on the ground floor. Couples, business travelers enjoy themselves in the property.

Himri the mountain villa

Stunning villa with amazing 360 views, great location close to the golden circle and the capital region (only 30 min drive). The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 people. Himri is very spacious (300 sqm) and has everything you could wish for - a fully equipped gym and game room, a sauna and a hot tub. We just bought the villa and just finished a complete renovation.
