Great location for easy walking to shops and many restaurants/cafes. The unit looked like the photos, was clean and comfortable.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet – genau wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den großartigen Service: Am ersten Morgen ließ sich die Jalousie nicht hochfahren, aber ich konnte Cinzia sofort erreichen, und ihr Partner war bereits eine halbe Stunde später vor Ort und hat das Problem behoben. Ich habe mich rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Auch die Lage war super: Ein Supermarkt war nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und in unmittelbarer Nähe gab es mehrere sehr gute Restaurants. Mit den nahegelegenen Busverbindungen konnte man sowohl den Strand Poetto als auch die Innenstadt schnell und bequem erreichen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Cinzia buchen – vielen Dank für alles!

We had a wonderful stay, and Elena and Gerald could not have been more helpful and generous with their many recommendations and great advice about the city. The flat is lovely and bright, centrally located and extremely quiet at night, while really being in the centre. The facilities were amazing, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom extremely well appointed. Altogether we could not have been happier with this selection.

Ksenia was great at communicating with us - the local recommendations were a great source of information for things to do and places to visit. Everything we needed was in the flat or in the cupboards (toilet roll, cleaning items, food seasoning, etc…) saving purchasing lots of things only to use them for the week of our stay. The studio flat is very well done out and there was good space for two people for the week. Ksenia made us feel right at home and check in and check out was a breeze, even with our flight arriving late at night. There is free parking within 2 minutes from the apartment so that was very useful for our car. Thank you Ksenia and Vanda for having us at your flat!

Piacevoli attenzioni e dettagli per rendere il soggiorno gradevole. Abitazione fedele alla descrizione e comunicazioni con l’host persino oltre il necessario (ovviamente gradito), disponibilissima e proattiva.

Massimo‘s place is an absolute stunner. From the balcony facing the piazza, the incredible ceiling height, the tasteful interior, to the fantastic location for exploring Cagliari. Easily in our top 3 of Airbnb‘s we have ever staid in. Highlight was being right in the Sant‘ Efisio Procession Route on May 1st. What a luxury to watch such a spectacular event from your balcony! Cagliari seems to love clean streets and has a complex garbage collection system. Just be sure you can handle the early morning street cleaning noise and of any events on the piazza, as well as have familiarity with complex recycling systems. We could not have had a better stay and will recommend Massimo‘s place to our friends. Thank you, Massimo!

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war wirklich etwas besonderes! Es sieht noch schöner aus, als auf den Fotos und ist super gut gepflegt. Zu Fuß kann man so ziemlich alles erreichen, was man in Cagliari sehen möchte. Restaurants und Einkaufsstraße ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand gelangt man innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation war super nett und flexibel. Einzig der Duft innerhalb des Wohnraumes ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vielleicht etwas zu viel Raumduftmittel. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig vor Ort, aber mit Geduld findet man immer etwas. :)

I highly recommend the stay. Great location, apartment clean and comfortable. Very good contact with the owner and hassle-free check-in even at night thanks to the remote door opening system. We are very satisfied ! ☺️

Daniele e la moglie Serena sono stati degli ottimi padroni di casa : accoglienti e disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra. Ci hanno fornito parecchie indicazioni utili sia sui ristoranti di Cagliari che sui luoghi più belli da visitare. Non potremmo segnalare veramente nulla di negativo ma solo ringraziare Daniele e Serena per averci permesso un soggiorno così piacevole. Speriamo di poter tornare. Maria e Roberto

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento Canne al vento è stato perfetto, la casa è ricca di carattere, colorata e pulita. Katia è un'host fantastica, simpatica e sempre pronta a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Inoltre, la posizione è strategica in quanto si è vicini al centro ma in una zona silenziosa e non trafficata. Grazie Katia, alla prossima!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Wir waren 3 Familien von Freunden in dem Haus von Géraldine, Das Haus ist sehr schön, groß und gemütlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt:) Die Kommunikation mit Géraldine war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, sie war immer da wenn wir sie gebraucht haben! Wir können das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen! Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

L’alloggio di Erika è grazioso ed in pieno stile cagliaritano. Una vera chicca per un weekend in città. Comodo, funzionale, pratico ed in pieno centro. Erika è un’host attenta e gentilissima. 110% consigliato!

Wir waren vier Wochen, von Mitte Oktober bis Mitte November, in Federico’s Haus. Im liebevoll eingerichteten Haus fühlten wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Wir genossen jeden Morgen den wunderschönen Garten für ein ausgiebiges Frühstück. Besonders möchten wir die Grosszügigkeit und das Vertrauen von Federico uns gegenüber erwähnen. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns, zeigte uns das Haus und den Garten, überreichte uns einen tollen Geschenkkorb mit Sardischen Spezialitäten und erklärte uns die wichtigen Funktionen im Haus. Wir waren schon in vielen Airbnb Häusern und Wohnungen, fanden aber noch nie so viele private Kunstgegenstände und Bilder vor. Sehr grosszügig war, dass wir unser Elektroauto kostenlos an der Wallbox im Garten mit dem vor Ort produzierten Sonnenstrom laden durften. Federico war immer sofort erreichbar und löste auftretende kleine Probleme umgehend oder erklärte uns, was zu tun war. Wir können das Haus von Federico nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Suitable for anyone wanting a central location in Cagliari city, close to all amenities, Cathedrals, museums, shops and coastal / historical walks. At weekends it will be busy, bustling from early evening into the early morning so not for light sleepers. Proactive communication with friendly and helpful hosts, before and during stay.

Valentina's apartment is lovely and spacious, just as pictured. Decent amenities as advertised, plenty of parking, quiet area with a supermarket in walking distance as well as the beach not too far. The center is just a short 10 minute drive. Bed was comfortable, smart TV, A/C for the warmer days, and a machine dryer were a nice bonus. Valentina kindly provided some nice recommendations of things to do when we had a couple of rainy days, which was helpful! Overall, we recommend this apartment when staying in Cagliari!

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Erica is an Exceptional host, very attentive to details, she is the kindest and is very thoughtful. The apartment is great and has more than you need and expect. The location is FABULOUS!! 5 stars ++++

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr schön und der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man mitten in der Stadt ist und einen tollen Eindruck von dem Ort bekommt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden immer wieder kommen.

Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war genau was wir gesucht haben für 10 Tage in Cagliari. Die zwei Balkone waren ein toller Bonus! Danke Daniela!

Un bellissimo appartamento, luminosissimo, caldo e con una bellissima vista sulla sella del diavolo. Ogni camera da letto ha la propria privacy , un balcone grande, il proprio bagno e letti confortevoli dove mi sono fatta lunghissime dormite . Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo senz’altro . Ringraziamo Tiziana a Federico per la loro accoglienza e disponibilità .

L’appartamento “come a casa” è esattamente quello che promette. Noi eravamo in tre, due adulti e una piccola di 2 anni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento si trova in centro, ma in un contesto tranquillo. A due passi si trova tutto quello di che cui si possa avere bisogno. Inoltre dista pochissimo da tutte le più belle spiagge della zona. Marzia è stata un’ottima host! Se dovessi tornare a Villasimius non esiterei a scegliere nuovamente questo appartamento!

Lauras Wohnung ist modern, blitzsauber, bequem und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit Laura war freundlich und korrekt. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Grazie Laura! Grüsse aus der Schweiz
