Charmant studio indépendant avec cheminée, entièrement rénové, donnant sur une belle cour commune. Situé entre les chemins de randonnée de la forêt de Fontainebleau et le Loing. Un ménage de qualité est prévu par nos propres soins ( compris dans le prix). Pour information nous avons remplacé le canapé convertible (couchage quotidien) afin d'offrir plus de confort aux visiteurs. Location de vélos (dont électriques) possible chez notre voisin (instructions sur la dernière photo de l'annonce).

Venez vous mettre au vert depuis cette charmante petite annexe située à 300 mètres du centre-ville de Moret-Loing-et-Orvanne et du canal du Loing. Située dans un très joli petit jardin et totalement indépendante du logement du couple de propriétaires retraités, l'annexe vous permettra de profiter de la région de Fontainebleau, riche en culture et en activités de plein air. Si vous le souhaitez, les propriétaires habitant cette région depuis toujours, ils vous fourniront de précieux conseils.

Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

Relax in this studio guest house, 2 steps from the woods, the chateau de Vincennes and only 5 minutes walk from the metro line 1 connecting to the center of Paris in 15 minutes. You will reach your independent accommodation by a wrought iron staircase and you will be able to sleep in a bed under mezzanine, in a new and quality bedding. The accommodation measures 15 square meters, plus the mezzanine bed, is entirely renovated and contains everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay.

Endroit agréable pour les amoureux de la nature et de la simplicité. La maisonnette se situe dans notre jardin et pour y accéder, il faut emprunter le chemin de dalles. Composée de deux pièces, dans la première se trouve le séjour équipé d'un espace cuisine avec table à manger et 2 chaises, ainsi qu'un coin canapé et télévision. Puis, dans la seconde, il y a la chambre emménagée d'un lit 2 places, d'une penderie et d'un bureau, avec une salle de douche juste à côté. (Logement non fumeur)
