It is located halfway between Tampa and Orlando so if you decide to go anywhere its close to the Hard Rock Casino, Keel & Curley Winery and Ybor City. There are restaurants, and plenty nightlife. Just an hour away are theme parks, sporting events and Gulf Beaches. Also, a straight shot to the State Fair and Strawberry Festival. Convenient to airports and hospitals.

Centrally located off I4 and Hwy 60 (3 miles), in Dover, Florida. Located between Tampa and Orlando, you'll find this custom built, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a great room for the best entertaining. On over an acre of land that allows privacy and seclusion. Avoiding the hustle and bustle of Tampa traffic. Master bedroom has a king size bed, two other bedrooms feature a queen bed. Ceilings fans in each room. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave available for use.

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
