Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

The house was great! Pool was clean ……. Perfect to enjoy a week at the the Final Four!

We had a wonderful stay with the family, kids loved the pool and the playground area kept them busy most of the time ! very clean and perfect for a getaway! close to amenities and only 10 minutes from the airport, lots of beaches and things to do nearby. The host was very friendly, quickly responsive and inviting, we felt right at home. I definitely recommend this stay, We will be back.!

Mark was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning to the very end, the communication was rapid and easy. The home was absolutely perfect and will definitely use this place again in the future if it’s available! Also, if you are considering using the whirlpool, it’s definitely worth it! And YES! The shower is as good as it looks! Grab this place if it’s available! The neighborhood is safe, the house is updated, and it’s very conveniently located near the grocery stores 🙌

The house was amazing! Very clean and a perfect location. A quiet neighborhood but not too far from anything. Communication with Mark was great and he was a great help with everything we needed. We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Tampa again!

My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay! Erick's place is very clean and cute! He was helpful with all questions we had about the area and quick to respond. We hope to stay again in the future!

The house was amazing. Very clean and the pool was great. The backyard is perfect and feels like your own private area. Will defenitely rent here again.

Captain’s place suited our needs. The location worked well with easy access to shops, and restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable with comfortable furniture. A heads up that Captain does not provide any bath soap, shampoo or conditioner. The sheets are nice, 100% cotton, towels are good quality and plentiful. The kitchen is moderately well stocked for preparing meals. The air conditioner worked well. The outdoor spaces are sparsely furnished and not particularly welcoming. There are two large food trucks parked adjacent to the back yard and there was one chair on the deck outside the master bedroom. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Being in Florida, I expected to feel sand on the tile floor. It was immaculately clean! Very peaceful. Beautiful, cozy, stay. Thank you!

I traveled with 3 kids and this place was perfect for us. Karina is very responsive and proactive. I would definitely recommend this to another family.

Cute and unique place! Very cozy and quiet. We were very pleased with our stay. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was there is no central AC, so it got a little warm inside during the day at times. But overall it was just what we were expecting. Courtney was very helpful with everything.

I would definitely stay here again quite little area close to everything and cozy didn’t wanna leave would definitely stay again

There place was beautiful and so comfy. It was perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway for my family of four. We felt so at home. The amenities were great, I particularly appreciated the highspeed wifi. I would definitely book with them again.

We definitely recommend staying here!It's a beautiful apartment in what seems like a nice neighborhood. We were there for 5 days and the neighbors were quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic, great yard for the kids to play in, pool table was fun to have.

Edgar was extremely responsive. The home was perfect for staying for the weekend. The only complaint was that the stairs could have been mopped and there was a dirty dish towel. But other than that, the home was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

Lea’s place was great for a stay attending a swim meet at the North Shore Aquatics Complex. Her place was just as described and had everything that you could want. The backyard was really nice and relaxing! Sitting under the umbrella on a lounge chair in the afternoon was perfect! The master bathroom was really nice. I appreciated the shower controls being on the wall which allowed you to turn the shower on without getting soaked. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would ever need to prep a meal. While we didn’t have a dog with us, Lea’s would be an excellent place to stay with a pup.

Angie is an incredible host! She made the process so easy! She has everything written out in detail, she provides snacks, coffee, and toiletries, and is immediately responsive! The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and packed full with things to do if you don't feel like leaving the house for the day! I would absolutely rent from her again if I need a home in the Tampa area!
