Angela and her husband Jim were very friendly, sweet helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying at their house in the beautiful quaint beach neighborhood of Warwick. One thing that stood out was the house did not smell like heavy and scents. I am a stage three cancer survivor so I live a nontoxic lifestyle. I liked how the bath towels and the bedding And the furniture did not smell like heavy chemicals/scents for me and my toddlers. The house was clean, beautiful and so cozy. My toddlers had a blast, and it was hard for everyone to leave. 10/10. I’ve traveled the world and I’ve stayed at many Airbnb‘s I loved this house :)

We loved staying at Newport Unforgettable. The location was easy to find (appreciated the two designated parking spots). Lots of space for our group. Plenty to do in the area - great spot to be near the shops restaurants and mansions. Only downside was the weather but other than that it was great stay! I will definitely recommend this place to others looking to stay in Newport.

We booked Karen’s beautiful location for a bachelorette party with 8 girls. Everyone was comfortable rooming 2 in each room. The location was the top reason we chose this Airbnb and it did not disappoint. We walked to everything except for the wineries. Karen was also very quick to respond to messages which we greatly appreciated.

quaint little cottage!!!! easy access to restaurants.. shopping... groceries.... responsive host with excellent communication!!! Great books and information about the area.. and surrounding areas!!!!

This was one of the greatest Airbnb stays I have had! This house of very continent do the beach. They have chairs and an umbrella for you so you don’t need to pack them. Also there are so many great beaches near by to pick from. This house is beautiful and was perfect for the girls weekend we had planned. We all highly recommend this place and all want to make it our new yearly tradition to stay here!

Bryan’s home was lovely. We spent a long Easter weekend here with our dogs and family. It was just as described. Would stay again if in the region.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful looking out over the pond (with ducks and geese) in the backyard. Would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved Nicole’s place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and very easy to get to. We used it as a starting point on some trips to Plymouth and Newport. The house is set up very well, had all the amenities we needed, and was very comfortable. Our kids loved going to the beach every day, which is only a two minute drive away, and easily walkable. Nicole also shared several recommendations with us and she did not disappoint! I’d highly recommend her cottage.

If you love the sound of waves crashing at your feet, this is the place for you. Incredible sunsets from the private deck. A picturesque, walkable village with a beautiful pier. Your own private beach right outside your door. Restaurants right up the street. Small enough to be absolutely charming but big enough (with the large loft) to accommodate a group. Location is everything and this place has it. Exactly as advertised and Host could not have been more amiable.
