Lakeside 1 BR w/ Pool! Margaritaville 1 M away!

The condo was great. There is a full flight of stairs to the condo. The location to the lake is in a very busy section with very fast and loud boats. We felt unsafe leaving the dock area with our small 16 ft boat. However, we did fish right from the dock and I caught a large catfish. It was also fun watching the large boats race by. We would probably not stay here again because of the location on the lake and not because of the condo itself.

Hola a todos (hello everybody ) My wife, Lupita, and i Jorge we have been together for 17 years. Finally we got married last year April 28, 2024 A-friend of mine told me if I have to celebrate my first anniversary I have to do something ,special ,so searching I found this place ,it was perfect my wife she didn’t know where we where going? So we got to the place and it was amazing. Beautiful, comfortable , clean and smelling good. ,feels like home. (It was the perfect place ,we love that house . 🥰 thank you so much for your kindness and be there for us I receive text from Daniel, if I need anything at all gracias We definitely we will be back ( off the record my wife asked me she wants to buy your place 😎 just to let you know how wonderful time we had this weekend. This was the perfect anniversary getaway for my wife and I. Although attached to the house, it felt like its own private apartment. So don’t let that hinder you booking this gem! Everything was clean and clutter free. The decor was tasteful and didn’t overwhelm the senses. I cooked most of our meals during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with a couple pots and pans and they even had a crockpot! I definitely would have taken advantage of that if I had know before hand! They did not have measuring spoons, so if you plan on cooking, plan accordingly. The owners are extremely thoughtful and personalized our stay. They were prompt at answering our questions and even recommended restaurants at our request. On the coffee table they even had a travel site magazine and a restaurant magazine for us to look through which helped us decide on activities for the unplanned time we ended up having. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to the area.

This home is in a beautiful quiet and private area. If you are looking for a weekend getaway this is a great place to go! Just one thing to keep in mind, you may have to drive 20-40 minutes to some things like restaurants or a store, but it’s worth it for how nice and peaceful the property is. The home was easily accessible for check in, and felt like home.

This was our 2nd time staying here & the owners have made a lot of great upgrades! One of our favorite parts about this place, with coming down with family, is having 3 separate rooms and everyone having their own bedrooms. This place is kid friendly with a playground, indoor pool & a pickleball court. Location is near plenty of great restaurants too and we partook is the local trampoline park and Bagnell Dam activities.

Gina was amazing to deal with. Her communication and kindness are top are second to none. I didn’t personally stay at the house but my guys said it was a very nice setting, great layout and exceeded all their expectations. Would stay there every time we’re back if it’s available. I had a great time staying at this house, which has recently been renovated. It's in a fantastic location. The host was really good at communicating and always responded quickly. Bryan, the property manager, was easy to reach and checks in every so often . The house was super clean, and this was my second time renting from this host. I highly recommend it and will definitely book again in the future. The check-in and check-out process was also really easy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful lakeside property. The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a highlight, with lovely decks to enjoy morning coffee and evenings outside. Our host was incredibly welcoming & provided the cutest welcome gifts! Overall it was a fantastic getaway, can’t wait to return to Lake it Easy!!

This lake house had stunning views of the Lake of the Ozarks. It was very close to Margaritaville and my kids enjoyed Jolly Mon indoor waterpark. The house was also near additional entertainment including go-kart venues that my family enjoyed. The place was clean, and was perfect for my family of four and dog. We enjoyed walks on the trails in the morning. We would definitely consider staying here again during our next visit.

Felt immediately welcomed, peaceful, and calm upon walking in! Ashlee’s place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Was stocked with everything we needed for our short 2 night stay. The sunrise was gorgeous from the unit with a fabulous view over this section of the lake. Fun to watch the boat traffic from the peaceful terrace. Didn’t have time to check out the amenities, but hope to do so another time. Would absolutely stay again! It’s a wonderful place!
