The suite (660 sq ft) comprises 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a daylight bathroom, a dry kitchenette, and 1 parking spot on the driveway. The private entrance is accessible by the outside staircase next to the driveway. The home is located in a friendly, and safe neighborhood in Fountain, CO. Grocery store is 1 mile away, and most attractions are within 30 min/car.

Cozy & Private 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house! 420 & Pet Friendly! Has a smaller sized dog door leading to fenced in area. Bigger dogs ok, just can't fit through dog door. Private off street parking. Less than 5 mins from anything you need! (Walmart, many restaurants and fast food, gas, pet store, and more) CLEAN 6 person Hot Tub. Nice massage chair. 3 TV's w/ROKU. Washer/Dryer. Queen bed, Full bed, single fold out bed. Couch lays down too. Full kitchen use w/cookware. Coffee supplied. WIFI

Fort Carson is nearby!! Cute, remodeled, 1 bedroom guesthouse is conveniently located near Ft Carson, and just minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and just 3 minutes from I-25, the gateway to the Rockies. Hike Cheyenne Canyon, Helen Hunt Falls, or Garden of the Gods. Visit the 5 Star Broadmoor Resort, or gamble in Cripple Creek (1 hr). So much to see and do! Our guest guide found inside the guesthouse will give you more ideas of things to do!

This peaceful and centrally-located newer house is in a safe neighborhood and has everything you will need. Located 3 miles from downtown, 6 miles from old downtown, and 7 miles from the Colorado Springs airport (COS). This space has been approved for Colorado Springs Short Term Rental per Ordinance 7.5.1706 ‘Rules and Regulations’, Permit number A-STRP-24-0997. All Colorado Springs Airbnbs must have this permit and it is recommended to only rent from listings that have one.
