Just a 90-second walk to the beach access + heated, gulf-front pool overlooking the ocean, reserved exclusively for Sunset guests! Includes 4 bikes + new outdoor tv + daybed!

Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

Our PUBLIC Beach access is RARE. There is NO PARKING so it is always quieter than any other access points. All beach necessities provided. Secluded back yard with outdoor kitchen and private salt water pool (Heated off season). Well equipped kitchen with coffee bar/regular bar. Balcony with ocean views and sunsets.

"Serendipity in Seagrove" is located on charming and secluded Barcelona Avenue and nestled within the whimsical tree canopy that steals the hearts of those who visit Seagrove. You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.

Santa Rosa Beach Tiny House

Quaint, cozy, stylish home, off the beaten path and close to everything! Walk to the beach in about 10 minutes or to a restaurant in 5 minutes...to get ice cream, rent bikes in 4 minutes OR hike or bike the Longleaf Greenway Trail that starts 5 minute walk away! Enjoy your coffee or an adult beverage on the back porch with the peaceful view of the tropical yard with ponds. You might even see a little wildlife during your stay…😊 Note: Dog friendly! No children under 10.

Beach Access: The house is 0.7 mile (3 min bike, 15 min walk) from the closest public beach access. There are 4 other public beach accesses within 1.5 miles of the house. Pool: You have access to the BMB Club pool/gym walking distance across 30A. There are also beach towels, toys, six beach chairs, and umbrella.

The Mabel Haardt Cottage, designed by Seaside founder and architect Robert Davis, boasts a chefs kitchen, wraparound porch, loft and immediate proximity to the beach! The cottage is located only 60 feet away from the beach and 3 blocks away from the center of town! A one bedroom guest house is available as well if more space is needed. Discounts offered to return guests!
