What a great condo! Exactly what we were looking for in Sea Pines. Came for our anniversary and to escape the cold NC mountain winter. Who knew HH would get over 4” of snow while we were visiting! Made for a memorable trip for sure! Kim was so kind and understanding and reached out to us to offer us another night or so to be able to travel safely out of the area. Enjoyed being able to bring our dog and walk right out across the street to the beach and walk the beautiful paths to salty dog. We’d definitely stay here again (didn’t mind the walk up steps to the 3rd floor at all - happy to get some exercise - but that would be a consideration if you had knee/mobility issues.) All in all, this was a very nice condo, comfortable, clean and well stocked and we are grateful for our lovely stay.

Everything was exactly described, as the reviews said the shower is small but the place was perfect for a family with 2 small kids. Having the detachable shower head helped with their age. The beach access was better than Florida beaches and we saw the sunrise on the beach several times. The kitchen was well stocked. Back yard was good for the dogs. My allergies did flare up but I’m highly allergic to animals so I expect it with dog friendly places (mine are hypoallergenic). Would stay there again.

We greatly enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. The house was clean and spacious with a variety of bedrooms for us and our friends. The master is on the main floor. There was grass in front and a small backyard for our little pug to go to the bathroom, too. The house is walking distance to a nearby park and even a cat sanctuary. There were a lot of games in the upstairs closet so there was plenty to do on rainy days. Harbour Town is about 25 minutes away and don’t forget your $9 cash. We ate at some great nearby restaurants, but our favorite was OMBRA Cucina Italiana. Highly recommended!

Our family had the most amazing vacation in this beautiful home! The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The home itself is absolutely perfect! The layout is big enough for a large family, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/spa were the perfect temperature for spring break! They also went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. We had plenty of towels, blankets, bowls, cups, etc. and we never felt like we were without something we needed. They also helped make an unfamiliar home more easily accessible by providing labels throughout the house for different light switches, cupboards, accessories, etc. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts truly helped make our family vacation extra special and packed full of wonderful memories. We would gladly stay at any home hosted by LowCountry Beach Homes! Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay! The place was beautiful, well appointed and immaculate! Linda and Jay were very easy to work with and communicative throughout the stay. We definitely plan on returning and highly recommend Lookout Lagoon!

What a wonderful home!!!! Miranda was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Her home is beautiful, close to the beach and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We have small kids, all under 8 and they walked easily to and from the beach, without complaints. The game room was the best spot in the house. All the kids spent hours and hours enjoying that room. Was definitely the highlight of the house for them. Ours was the large pot of coffee shared with friends each morning!!! Breathtaking views. We enjoyed this home very much. We love Tybee!!!!

A perfect piece of southern and nautical charm waiting to be filled with good times. This great little cottage has more than meets the eye. This feels like home and has everything you could need. Upon entry you are welcomed with relaxing music and a wonderfully smelling cottage, clean, prepped and ready to make you feel at home. Our stay was for only one night and I wish it was longer. Quick walk to the beach, great outside sitting area and the grill was a great addition. loved the history of the cottagr and personal touches. We did not have problems with anything in the house. A true gem and we will definitely come back. Mathew was quick to respond, excellent communication and friendly.

Amanda and Steve were incredible hosts! The home was spotless, modern, and just like the listing—comfortable for our group of 8. Definitely a home away from home with outstanding amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and having a washer/dryer was a huge plus. We loved the warm water rinse station after beach days and the heated pool was a favorite hangout. The location was perfect—short walk to the beach and a nearby park with courts. Tons of beach gear provided, including chairs, towels, and a wagon. Communication was fast and friendly, and their local manager James was great too. We also appreciated their top restaurant recommendations Amanda and Steve provided in advance. It made dining out easy. Truly the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Can’t wait to return!

This spot is excellent! The space is cute, cozy & just what you want for a beachy hangout. The complex is easy to navigate with LOTS of options - pools, games, walking spaces - and it's in a great walkable neighborhood to get to historic sites (go to Mitchelville park) & the beach. The Sound is a unique beach experience - take a walk to the shore at different times of day to see a totally changed beach. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax and recharge, this is it!

We had a wonderful spring break with our kids here. The condo is clean and has everything we needed for our family of four. It’s a great, central location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

We had a great stay at Stephen’s place! We loved the peaceful walk to Coligny shopping and the short walk to the very calm beach. The outdoor living areas were wonderful and the natural lighting of the home gave us the true vacation home feel we were looking for. Thank you!!

Ideal location for Hilton Head Island. Access to adjacent resort is just perfect. The kids loved the pool, the beach is right there. Pool bar is great for a quick meal and beverage. Balcony is very nice for a lazy coffee in the morning. The condo has pretty much everything you need (beach chairs, sand toys, etc.). As others noted, the space is a little tight, but we spent our whole time at the pool and the beach. Also, Coligny is a short walk away. Overall, a great spot to unwind in Hilton Head. Also, reasonably priced compared to other rentals in the area.

Perfect! 3 pools and right on the beach. Condo was lovely and convenient to restaurants. Great recommendations for coffee, dining, and activities. Clean and quiet. Host was very quick to answer questions. Would love to stay again! A+++

We loved staying at Bill and Kathy's! The condo was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I loved that the balcony looked out to the pool and ocean. My husband watched the sunrise drinking his coffee and I was able to relax in the evening listening to the band from the bar a few buildings away. It was quick and easy to walk to the plaza and to the park. The beach access was just down from the public access so it was less crowded and we spent almost every day at the beach or the pool. It was hard to leave to come back to Michigan. We would definitely stay here again!!

Debbie’s place was such a relaxing and wonderful stay! My husband and I had the best time. Not only was the bed super comfortable but the views were amazing and so relaxing! Debbie provides everything you need to have a wonderful stay, and was such a thoughtful host! We definitely will be back!

My family loved the place, pool, and beach access. Lots to do in a short drive, or short walk. Lots of good eateries nearby. Loved the area, will come back!!

We had a great stay in Hilton Head! The house was clean and felt high end with great amenities along with lots of supplies for kids. We really enjoyed the pool which was heated and covered. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and cutlery. Couldn’t get the movie theater projector to work, but there were plenty of TVs around to use. The beach is a short walk and very easily accessible with wagons/children walking on the side walk. Would definitely return!

Our stay was excellent! The space was exactly like the photos and the layout was perfect for my family of 4 with my two children having their own room and bathroom. The view from the balcony was amazing and peaceful and the ability to easily walk down to the beach and pool were beyond convenient. (Cosmetic updates could be done however that’s my preference and it doesn’t take away from the stay or the beautiful view). The host was extremely responsive and very proactive with clear instructions for the entire process. It was a great stay for my entire family!

It’s a great spot! It was easy getting in and out of the property. Everything was clean, everything looked like the pictures. The location of the property is probably the best characteristic. Easy and quick access to the beach, local stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend

Overall, Michelle is a great host. The unit was clean, quiet, and relaxing. I don't necessarily consider the unit a beachfront unit but, I would highly recommend a stay at Michelle. Thank you for your hospitality and great communication.

As advertised. A pleasant condo for our family of five. Well stocked on beach items. Furniture/beds comfortable and livable. Hosts responsive and accommodating.

The sun rise is beautiful! And be sure to check out the sunset when the tide is low. The Hidden Gem has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of storage, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. We appreciated having a screened in porch a washer/dryer with laundry soap and security that controls entry. For bike riders, the paths by the complex are in good shape. Location is fantastic; out of the congestion but very easy to navigate to all parts of the island and to Bluffton. Theresa thank you for sharing the Hidden Gem with us. We had a wonderful time.
