Located on the canal w/ swim deck, ladder and dog ramp. 2 kayaks to use in the canal (We have adult life jackets only). Lots of outdoor space to enjoy fishing/swimming from the deck or under the house away from the sun. There are underwater lights in the canal for great night fishing. Fishing is fantastic in this area even from the dock. 25 minute drive to city of Galveston. The neighborhood has a full service marina, restaurant and bar.
