Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Martha’s Vineyard Cottage - A Glamping Experience!

This is your vineyard home, where you can walk or ride a bike less than a mile to the beach or two into town. Get the glamping experience with kitchenette, A/C, an outdoor shower, a composting toilet, a queen bed in the loft and futon couch that can sleep two more in the living room. Enjoy outdoor games, outdoor seating, a Weber grill for bbq, tv, WiFi, cozy indoor space and more, right on the bike path with a bus stop for easy accessibility or free car parking. This cozy cottage is located on a private 42 acre, spring fed, crystal clear private pond. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or fishing from the dock or just relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and trundle bed in the 4 season room. There is good fishing and canal cruises, cafes and restaurants close by and a summer concert series in park. Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage
