Completely renovated with interior brick exposed, hard wood floors and marble bathroom. Our Air conditioning unit is above the closet in the bedroom. If you use a/c at night it has disrupted sleeping for past guests, when it drains. Our evenings are cool here so you can open windows and turn off unit.
