Barns Tower is an authentic medieval mini castle with roaring log fires and all modern comforts. The Tower is located in a beautiful rural setting on the River Tweed and is an ideal location for exploring the Scottish Borders. Peebles is nearby with great amenities and there’s heavenly walks right from the door. Please be aware that The Tower is located at the end of a rural track and due care should be taken with speed and approach. The Tower is arranged over 4 floors with steep staircases.

SHEP is an all season hut, keeping you cosy and comfortable all year round; whether lighting the wood-burning stove in winter to snuggle down with a hot drink or throwing open the french doors in summer for a BBQ and a glass of something refreshing, he’s got you covered. A unique space for families, couples or solo adventurers.

The Summerhouse is a newly renovated cottage on a Scottish Borders estate, combining traditional rural charm with twenty-first century luxury. It has an idyllic lakeside location and offers total peace and tranquillity. Everything is provided for your comfort, from crisp linen and super-comfy beds, luxury bathrooms, a contemporary fitted kitchen, wifi and effective heating in every room. The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Unwind in a stunning rustic woodland cabin

The Woodland Cabin is set on the edge of a forest near the beautiful small village of Abbey St Bathans, just 1 hour south of Edinburgh. Come and relax in the woods with a book or grab your hiking boots or bikes and explore the surrounding countryside. We're a 20 minute drive from the coast which has stunning cliff top walks and beautiful little bays and fishing villages. The Bothy: cute converted barn for 1-4 guests

The Bothy at Dod Mill is a studio-style barn conversion for 1-4 guests, near the Royal Burgh of Lauder in the Scottish Borders. The property has been interior-designed with modern, rustic styling. The Bothy has its own walled-garden area with views to rivers, woodland, an orchard and rare-breed sheep. Cosy-in with a woodburning stove (unlimited logs!), drink good coffee, cook, bake, read, or simply relax in the space around you. WiFi, tea & Nespresso coffee included.

This unique thatched cottage in the scenic village of Denholm has charm and character throughout, the perfect countryside escape (imagine "The Holiday" Christmas movie vibes). The village has everything you need; butchers, pub, Italian restaurant, cafe and a small shop. The surrounding countryside offers beautiful walking routes, cycling, golf & fishing. Then come home to cozy up infront of the stove with a board game or a movie.

Deer's Leap, 1 bed Shepherd's Hut near Kelso

A luxurious Shepherds Hut for two on the outskirts of the vibrant cobbled market town of Kelso. (one mile) We are lucky to be in a tranquil spot but in close proximity of A roads. Guests have their private dining area in which to enjoy the open valley view. Including picnic bench and two sun loungers. Lovely walks nearby and on and off road biking including a disused railway line.
