Our large 4 bedroomed family home is set in the peaceful village of Belton just 2 mins drive from the M180. It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

All the essentials in a great location; ideal as a base or just passing through. 30 minutes from Lincoln, the coast and minutes away from the Lincs Wolds. Ample parking. 2 mins walk to Town Centre with pubs, cafes, Chippy, variety of shops and if into Lego or games, even a Brick Hut. Our cottage was originally The Old Sweet Shop and is now a cozy self-contained home. Located in the historical town of Haxey The Piggery is part of a Grade 2 listed cottage, @ 14 Greenhill Road, Haxey. This bijou apartment has been fully renovated to a sympathetic stylish standard over 2 floors. On the ground floor is a fully working kitchen with a washing machine and dining table. On the first floor is a luxury bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy lounge area with views over the garden. In the loft is a spacious king size bed but please mind your heads on the beams.
