🏖 Sunday’s Famous Weekender 🏖

We call our home Sunday's Famous Weekender because it is famous. Our tiny home is on HGTV & DIY Network's -Restoring Galveston Season 2! So...she is not only a tiny house, but she is FAMOUS! Completely renovated tiny house. Have you ever wanted to see what it is like to not only stay in a tiny house but, one that is on tv and near the beach? This home is spectacular! The home is 648 square feet but, feels much bigger and includes a 2 car garage and deck for entertaining!

The price listed is for 1-6 guest. This property offers a very relaxed atmosphere with very new and comfortable decor. This home has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom, full kitchen, spacious dinning area, living room, enclosed patio, and a private back yard with a bar-b-que pit. The house is located about 10 minutes from the beaches, the Historical Strand district and Moody Gardens. The price listed is for 1-6 guest. Relax with the whole family or with your friends at this peaceful place to stay. Our cozy and quiet house is the best choice for your earned vacation. Our house is fresh, new and ready to enjoy! There is a front porch with chairs and a full kitchen with all the amenities. You'll enjoy the comfy beds, couch, TVs, A/C and heating system. It is in a great location... charming residential neighborhood with easy access to the gulf/beach and the Strand.

Above Cordray Drug Store Ice Cream Shop

Old Corner grocery store renovated into Cordray Drug Store on show "Restoring Galveston" on Magnolia. This rental space UPSTAIRS is completely separate with its own entrance. Bedroom has queen bed. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Keurig with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. Living room has Smart TV. Washer and dryer! Outdoor space is shared during 12-6 business hours. Expect noise downstairs during these hours Wednesday-Sunday open.

The 1847 Powhattan House & Living History Museum

Until there is time-travel, staying in the 1847 Powhatan House may be the next best thing. This is the 3rd oldest house in Galveston and has an amazing, almost unbelievable history. This beautiful Greek Revival style home is located 3 blocks from the beach and close to the Strand. The story of the house is told in a brief documentary on YouTube entitled “The Amazing History of Galveston's 1847 Powhatan House.”
