There are kitchen/living room, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, and can sleep up to 4 people. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating and all rooms have separate thermostats.

La casa si trova a pochi minuti d'auto da posti meravigliosi come Sorrento e Nerano, e a tre quarti d'ora da Positano e Amalfi. L'alloggio, estremamente solare e tranquillo, affaccia su Ischia e Napoli, vista di cui si può godere dalla vasca idromassaggio che la struttura mette a disposizione dei clienti per un pieno ristoro.
