Gemütliche Wohnung, neu renoviert. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem Wohnzimmer (Couch kann als Doppelbett verwendet werden), einem Zimmer mit Schlafsofa, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Supermärkte, Apotheke, Drogeriemarkt, Tankstelle Arzt etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bahnhof ist in 2 Gehminuten ereichbar und bietet eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Wien und nach Baden. Das Stadtzentrum von Mödling ist ungefähr 700 Meter entfernt.

Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

Die ehemalige Garage wurde mit viel Liebe in ein barrierefreies Loft-artiges Studio mit E-Ladestation umgestaltet. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.
