It's a short walk to shops and amenities, the famous Esplanade and the newly renovated South Cliff gardens (and Cliff lift) leading down to the beach. Each window has views directly over the church and catch the evening sun perfectly. Lift access available (please note that the building is accessed via steps). No pets allowed in the building.

It’s on the ground floor of our 5 storey Victorian terrace family home. It is separate from the rest of the house so you’ll have full privacy. There’s plenty of space and the location is amazing!
