Our beach guest house is an oceanfront dream for a couple's retreat. Come relax by the sea. Listen to the waves crashing right outside your door. Disconnect or work while here we have fast WiFi for you. Enjoy this gem of a place on the coast of Maine as a year round escape. Come make some memories to cherish for a lifetime. All 4 seasons are beautiful here. Pro tip: Wake up early and observe the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. It is totally worth getting up early and will not disappoint.

The Pine Grove

Newly rebuilt - the Pine Grove is air conditioned and features a 10 by 14 ft deck, a brand new bathroom with tub, bedroom closets, and a full kitchen. It is one half of two charming rustic cottages set on a single plot on a leafy side-street. This cottage is wedged in a "grove" of tall majestic pine trees that provide an abundant supply of shade and breeze, pine cones, needles and all. It is great for families with children and a short walk (.4 of a mile) through the neighborhood to the beach.

Cozy & Quiet Modern Cottage

Modern studio cottage designed and maintained with sustainability and eco-friendliness in mind, located in a quiet and very safe Portland neighborhood only a 7-10 minute drive (and $10-13 Uber/Lyft ride) from downtown Portland, the Old Port, and most local attractions. The cottage is a walkable mile (+/-) from Allagash Brewing (and the 4 other breweries there), and is within walking distance (.5 mi) of the restaurants and bars at Morrill's Corner. This is an LBGTQIA- and BIPOC-friendly space.

If you're looking for a quiet, cozy get a-way steps from the lake this is the place. Lake is private with no public access so it’s not crowded. Close to everything but far enough away; highway (95), Portland, Sebago Lake Area. Boating, swimming, fishing, hiking at your finger tips. 4 kayaks provided. Big yard, great for games, BBQ or sitting by the fire pit. Listen to the loons from the front deck. Sorry no pets so please don’t ask if you bring one!
