3 minute walk to beach

You won't have to look for parking to enjoy the beach as it only takes a few minutes to walk down to the Footbridge with your beach chairs and towels. The home is small but has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and living room with wifi, streaming cable channels, and access to all the streaming apps if you have access. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner out back on the ground level deck. The home is air conditioned, and you'll be close enough to the ocean to enjoy cool evening breezes.

Minisands is the best little spot on Long Sands Beach. Situated steps away from the beach, you will experience a picturesque escape unlike any other. Main bedroom offers a queen bed, with views of the ocean. Pull out couch makes room for 2 more. An Airy Private Suite steps off Washington Ave

Perfect location to access it all in Portland. Enjoy an airy PRIVATE space with a unique King size bed, your own bath & private entrance in this classic New England home located in the desirable East End. This is a family home with two children, a cat and dog. We work to be respectful of noise but sometimes you may hear the kids. However, you have a completely private entrance, bathroom, bedroom and hallway. You enter on the 1st floor but your room and bathroom are on the 2nd floor.

Great House Near the Beach!
