Natomiast do malowniczej plaży "Baia Del Carpino" można dojść w 15 minut. Do miasta Scalea oddalonego o 2km i głównej plaży można dojechać bezpłatnym autobusem, który kursuje w lipcu i sierpniu. Apartament posiada klimatyzację umieszczoną w salonie i głównej sypialni oraz aneks kuchenny wyposażony w nowy sprzęt AGD i TV.
