Franco è un host davvero eccezionale, lui e la moglie ci hanno accolto benissimo e ci hanno fornito tutti i dettagli della casa in maniera minuziosa. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana piacevolissima all'insegna del relax, e la loro casa è un piccolo angolo di paradiso per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Siamo già in procinto di riorganizzare un'altro week end presso di loro.

Deliziosa villetta in un contesto naturale assolutamente ameno. Tranquilla, riservata e molto funzionale. Accessoriata perfettamente. Istruzioni impeccabili e organizzazione eccellente. Accoglienza calorosa e totale disponibilità a qualunque tipo di richiesta, consiglio e supporto da parte sia di Kræn da remoto che di Cristina in loco. Esperienza consigliatissima e da ripetere

Le logement de Valerio correspond parfaitement à la description : grand, calme, très accueillant et parfaitement équipé, très proche par ailleurs du Parc National du Pollino. Il a en outre ceci de singulier qu'il nous offre la possibilité de découvrir une maison riche de souvenirs, ceux de Gina Labriola, dont on devine les goûts et la sensibilité à chaque recoin. Toute une expérience, assurément, que je recommande chaleureusement.

Qs vacanza ci ha scaldato il cuore! L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Maria e Tonino, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Lo scopo del viaggio sul Pollino erano i pini loricati, e l'alloggio é stato un perfetto punto di partenza per le varie escursioni. L'appartamento è estremamente pulito e silenzioso. Si trova sulla piccola strada principale del paese, abbellita da murales e ha nelle vicinanze tutto il necessario, bar, alimentari e panificio. Maria é una cuoca eccellente e ci ha fatto trovare una enorme crostata da sogno! La vacanza é stata breve ma intensa, ci porteremo nel cuore le immagini di luoghi meravigliosi insieme al calore e ai sorrisi delle persone che ci hanno accolto. Grazie!

Bellissima struttura con un giardino stupendo e dotata di tutti i confort. Appartamenti pulitissimi e curati nei minimi dettagli. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti dell'ospitalità e della disponibilità di Ezio ed Elena. Consigliatissimo

Nicola è un host estremamente accogliente, disponibile e attento (insieme al fratello Sandro). Soggiornare al Nibbio è un’esperienza che va al di là del semplice alloggiare, perché grazie a lui scopri questo progetto su larga scala di riqualificazione di un’area urbana che altrimenti resterebbe abbandonata, con musei, laboratori e aree ricreative. Speriamo di ritornarci presto, diffondendo la bellezza e l’amore per l’accoglienza che ha connotato la nostra esperienza durante questo weekend di Pasqua!

The stay exceeded all expectations. The location couldn’t have been more ideal and being just a few steps from the beach was amazing. This is the spot to choose if you are looking to get away from other foreign tourists and was very authentic (I think we were the only foreign tourists in town). The hosts were very welcoming and responsive (assisted with coordinating transport, provided recommendations and went above and beyond). Villammare is a short walk up the road and had great pizzerias and gelaterias. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary cookware, in case you want to stay-in for the night. The semi-private beach was shared with several other seaside residences, mostly families, making it a calm and relaxing place to hang out and swim.

Ideal location to explore this unique and historic village. Plenty of space, and great pizzeria/restaurant nearby. Authentic experience.

Perfektion! Francesco und Alice haben ein Urlaubsidyll geschaffen, in dem man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Allein der Garten mit Traumaussicht ist einzigartig – besonders bei milder Dämmerung mit atmosphärischer Lichterkette an den Bäumen. Die beiden sind super lieb, angenehm kommunikativ und sehr unterstützend, wenn man möchte. Gespräche auf Englisch sind kein Problem. In der Ferienwohnung warteten ein frisch gebackener Kuchen, Weintrauben, Pfirsiche und Snacks. Alles sauber, authentisch italienisch dörflich und sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten das große Glück, neben Katzen und Hund auch Katzenbabys als Nachbarn zu haben. Wir wollten wirklich nicht mehr weg, eine echte Oase, um zu entspannen und zu erden. Die Umgebung lohnt sich vor allem für Wanderfreudige: atemberaubende Natur und anspruchsvolle Routen auf Berggipfel.

Vincenzo e Sabrina sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili, la flessibilità del check-in è stata fondamentale per noi che abbiamo un bambino di pochi mesi con necessità imprevedibili. Inoltre ci hanno permesso di usare il proprio garage per posare l’auto stracolma di bagagli è consentito di fare il check-our un po’ dopo per far mangiare il piccolino in tranquillità. Il monolocale è nuovissimo e dotato di ogni confort. Siamo estremamente soddisfatti

Couldn’t ask for better hosts , nothing was too hard , very hard to find genuine people like this these days . Very helpful, lovely clean spacious place . Having drinks and snacks provided was great also. So close to the beaches lovely car park nice garden, hope to be back one day. Thanks for the stay

Wir verreisen viel und wir können sagen, dass dies eigentlich unsere schönste Unterkunft bisher war. Der Blick von der Terrasse war so spektakulär und traumhaft schön, dass wir eigentlich schon deswegen überhaupt nicht mehr weg wollten! Die Eltern von Debora, der Vermieterin, wohnen im Erdgeschoss und sind einfach reizend und super hilfsbereit. Aber auch absolut zurückhaltend, so dass man entspannt seine Privatsphäre genießen kann. Debora wohnt nicht vor Ort, aber war jederzeit erreichbar, der Kontakt war extrem nett und zugewandt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, man hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Es ist unbedingt ein Auto nötig, dann aber ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, sowohl Supermärkte, als auch jegliche Gastro. Auch sämtliche Ausflugsziele sind von der Unterkunft aus perfekt zu erreichen. Wir können diese Unterkunft voll und ganz ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen und werden selbst ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Siamo venuti a Laino Borgo come punto d'appoggio per visitare il parco Nazionale del Pollino. Per le nostre esigenze l'appartamento di Floriana era perfetto, pulito, comodo e con piccole attenzioni ai dettagli. La struttura si apprezza anche grazie alla gentilezza e la solarità di Floriana.

This is the second time that I have stayed in Francesca's apartment. She is a wonderful host. She is very kind and extremely responsive and helpful. Her apartment is lovely, has everything that you need, and has a beautiful panoramic view. The new enclosed shower is very nice, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. It's a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place to stay in beautiful Scalea.

This apartment was very large and open and felt like home. So easy to walk to the beach, train station, old town and town center. Absolute perfect location for not having a car! The owner and property managers go above and beyond to help with anything you could possibly need. Incredibly responsive and friendly. This will absolutely be my first choice if staying in the area again. Exceptional customer service and lodging experience! ❤️ thank you!

Elena, Vincenzo‘s mum, welcomed us. She was very caring. We had some problems finding the apartment, but she was online all the time to navigate us. The apartment is lovely, very spacious and with a huge patio. From the apartment it’s a nice walk (approx. 30 min) up to the hictoric center of Maratea with nice restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend the place. Thank you, Elena, we had a great time!

Alloggio fedele alla descrizione. Panorama bellissimo. Tutto curato nei particolari. Arredo nuovo e idoneo ad appartamento al mare . Il terrazzo solarium è un vero ritiro per anime innamorate .Residence pulito e silenzioso. Host reattivo e disponibile. Corretto e incline alla risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment in a peaceful location, with the main street — including supermarkets, shops, and more — just around the corner. Massimo and his wife gave us a warm welcome, and communication was always quick and easy. Thank you so much — we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back someday.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale molto comoda: per noi è stata la base dalla quale partire per visitare diversi posti, molti consigliati dalla signora Rosanna, che ci ha accolto con molto calore e si è dimostrata sin da subito estremamente gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è grande, vissuto, ma ben curato. Particolarmente apprezzati, al nostro arrivo, la limonata fresca per noi in compagnia della signora Rosanna e un biscottino per il nostro cane :)

Monica die Gastgeberin ist einfach super süß! Sie hat uns bei der Ankunft gleich mit ihren leckeren Kochkünsten versorgt. Morgens gab es liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück und die Unterkunft hat einfach einen sehr schönen eigenen Charakter. Leider riecht es sehr stark nach Schwefel aus dem Abfluss bzw. das Wasser stinkt so. Auch ist das Bett zwar sehr bequem aber etwas zu klein für zwei Personen. Dennoch waren wir für eine Nacht rundum zufrieden! Vielen Dank für alles :)

L'appartamento è carinissimo, arredato in modo grazioso e funzionale. I proprietari gentilissimi e cortesi, insomma proprio una bella esperienza, siamo stati molto contenti, è stato come essere a casa, anzi meglio perchè dalla nostra casa non si vede il mare;-)
