Villa Ada Independent villa - heated private pool

Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. This seafront villa, immersed in the natural oasis of the Porto Selvaggio Park, between the countryside and the Mediterranean scrub will be a unique experience of relaxation and beauty in total privacy. The central body of the house and a small guesthouse overlook a Arab courtyard with a lemon tree and a small pool . From the equipped terrace you can admire the sunsets and the starry skies of Salento.

Casa Annetta is a recently renovated cottage at 150 meters from Tabù Fashion Beach and Torre Chianca beach, with a sea view from the terrace. Finely furnished and equipped with all comforts, the house can accommodate up to 6 people (four people in beds and two in a double sofa bed). You can eat and relax in the garden (also used for possible car parking). The wi-fi network and the last generation heating/cooling system make the house ideal also for smart working also in autumn and winter.

The villa comprises of large living area with kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom. Outside there is the pool with Jacuzzi, 2 hot water showers, large sunbathing area, sitting area, dining table. Complete the outside three uncovered parking spaces and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. A midweek cleaning (Wednesday) is included in the cost with towels change.

La villetta, bella e confortevole, è situata a "100 metri" dalla spiaggia tra Lido Bacino Grande e Lido Stella Maris. Dista da Torre Lapillo 2 km, da Porto Cesareo 4 km. Come si può notare dalla foto, è circondata da un ' ampia veranda, in cui è piacevole pranzare, cenare e rilassarsi. Eccellente la sua ubicazione: essendo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, permette di fare il bagno quando si vuole e di guardare tramonti indimenticabili!
