Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Beläget på en lugn gata i Sävedalen finner ni denna härliga lägenhet. Boendet består av två plan med totalt 5 rum. Plan 1 med två sovrum och ett vardagsrum. Vindsvåningen består av ett stort kök och vardagsrum med fint ljusinsläpp. Här finns också ett stort fräscht badrum med badkar och ett sovrum. Det finns tillgång till trädgård. Närhet till Delsjöns friluftsområde samt badplats vid Härlandatjärn. 12 min med buss till Göteborg C och det går spårvagn från Östra Sjukhuset till Liseberg/Avenyn.

Trevlig lägenhet med egen ingång i en villa. Modernt kök, badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Precis utanför dörren finns en liten uteplats med trevlig utsikt över dalen ned mot Sävedalen. Eget gäst-wifi ingår liksom tv samt ett ljudsystem från Sonos. En promenad på ca 5-10 minuter tar dig ner till Sävedalens köpgata med olika butiker och ett flertal restauranger. På ungefär samma tid tar du dig till busshållplats för vidare färd mot Göteborg. En taxi till centrala Göteborg kostar ca 150-300 kr

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Newly built tiny house of 25 sqm with loft in Sävedalen, with the amenities you need. Excelent for 1-2 people for a short or a longer stay Fully equipped house and you'll live comfortably 15 minutes, by bus or car, from central Gothenburg. Close to Landvetter flygplats - 20 min by car. Perfect if you are going to Liseberg, a concert at Ullevi or have a work week on the west coast. Park the car in the driveway and take the bus. Bus stops nearby with good connections to town

Charmig Swedish house with large garden

A warm welcome to the former Jonsereds Farm boutique, located minutes from Centrum. What was once a farm shop has today been fitted out as a classic, very cozy home for 1-6 people (up to 8-10 possible but then it gets quite crowded). Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Two lovely bedrooms/lofts on the second floor and a small bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for kids or those who can’t manage stairs. The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.

The Penthouse

Newly refurbished penthouse apartment with very high standard. With a big enough living room to fit both a dining table and sofa this is an apartment designed for socializing. The bedroom is very cozy with an en-suite bathroom. The open fireplaces and 65" TV with Netflix built in makes this place ideal for simply chilling out and relaxing. In addition, the TV room has a custom built sofa that covers the entire floor of the room! Perfect for cuddles or nights in with friends.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Perfekt boende för er som vill besöka Göteborg och allt dess utbud. Restauranger och butiker i närheten av boendet. Buss till stan på c:a 15 min. 7 min till hållplats inom Göteborg. Fullutrustat enkelt kök, eget badrum med toa och dusch. Säng, 120 cm på halvloft + Bäddsoffa 150 cm bred. Anpassat för 3 vuxna men funkar även för 2 vuxna med 2 barn Tillgång till uteplats. Gratis parkering på gata i direktanslutning. Lägenheten ligger i separat byggnad på tomten.

The cottage sits right by the water and features a small kitchen, a living area, and a sleeping loft. The bathroom and toilet are located 30 meters away from the cottage in the basement of the main building. Enjoy morning coffee by the lake, take a dip in the clear water, go fishing or explore the beautiful surroundings.

Nära expressbuss, intill naturen

Fin källarlägenhet med fyra sängplatser och en bäddsoffa i köket/allrummet. Wifi ingår. Huset ligger i ett villakvarter, nära till expressbussen, cirka 20 minuter till centralstationen. Granne med naturreservat med fina promenadvägar och en liten badsjö 500 meter bort Parkering på gatan utanför. Det går att ladda sin elbil på vår tomt mot avgift. Liten separat uteplats med bord och stolar av plast. Husdjur är välkomna.

Mysig och fräsch lägenhet med både balkong och separat uteplats. Sovrum med dubbelsäng för två personer samt en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet för två personer. Det finns även en resesäng för de riktigt små. Badrum med dusch, tvättmaskin och utrymme för att hänga upp kläder. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, spis, ugn, micro, kyl/frys samt en mysig och ljus hörna med matbord.
