My exceptionally beautiful, welcoming home with breathtaking close-up ocean view is a perfect for your romantic getaway, artist retreat or small family gathering. Come sit in the garden and watch the waves roll in or sit in the hot tub in the moonlight. 3 min walk to Beach, 20 min drive to San Francisco, 15 min drive to Muir Woods. My home is on top floor of building, completely separate entrance and living space. Designated parking. Private use of Hot Tub . No pets, smoking or big parties.

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

This 1-bedroom, first story unit is perfect for your escape. Steps from the beach and hiking trails makes this unit the cornerstone to a great relaxing or adventurous vacation. Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)

With only 20 minutes to San Francisco and an easy drive to the Wine Country or further up the coast it makes it a perfect home for your California coast adventure!
