Recently updated home in centrally located, quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the St. Mary's River to view freighters. Well stocked kitchen with coffee bar & breakfast station. Open floorplan with cozy electric fireplace. Deck with grill & dining area on a large lot with firepit. Shed includes outdoor games & kayaks. Boat launch, Rotary Island Park, Soo Lock Boat Tours Dock, Sugar Island Ferry are all less then a mile! Close to casino, downtown, LSSU, and all the EUP has to offer!
