This is the first year, we had a lengthy stay in this C3 unit and it was wonderful ! From the time we walked in, it was a great experience. Upon arrival, a nice note was left to" enjoy our stay" , and a few bottles of water and ice were available to us. The condo had a pleasant scent/fragrance and was so clean when we walked in. The unit itself was very updated and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and dishes etc. Nice to have a Keurig coffee machine that had a choice for a pot of coffee, or use with pods. Location of this unit was great for walking to the pier, beach and many restaurants and the sunshine we had sitting on our patio was wonderful. The king size bed is very comfortable, and lots of room for items in the walk in closet and dresser drawers. Extras that were there for our use were, clothes drying rack, 2 extra folding chairs for outside use , ironing board & iron, and hair dryer. Jodi was a great host, and we loved our stay.

Place was close to everything, was provided with all the basic necessities plus some! Easy booking, communicative and accommodative! Thank you for an easy stay!

Location is great, hosts were super responsive and helpful. Very close to airport and I-95. Apartment is very clean and plenty of towels for guests.

Our family enjoyed our trip to Amelia Island. The villa is very serene and peaceful. Kirby was quick to respond to any questions. Beach is a short walk and the tennis villa courts are right outside the villa’s patio. This unit is not a part of the Omni Resort so there is no access to its amenities, however, the pool at the villa was nice to relax at without a crowd.

I enjoyed my stay at this airbnb. It was perfect for my clinical stay and it had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at This place was immaculate, roomy, fresh flowers, every amenity you could think of (we even inquired a lot of crockpot, they didn’t have one, but ordered one for us on Amazon, so it was there when we arrived) Both Trevor and Sandra were very responsive respectful of our privacy, etc. Could not recommend this place more, super close location to the beach, very quiet location. Kent’s place was wonderful. Set amongst a beautiful neighborhood that’s was walkable with a nearby beach. We had never been to Amelia island. And highly recommend it. Staying at Kent’s place is the perfect location to enjoy all the island has to offer. We will definitely be back.

We booked this unit at the last minute and received a response in less than 15 minutes for same day check-in! We found it exactly as listed, extremely clean, and easy to access. The area is very quiet and family friendly, with shopping and restaurants options within 5 miles. Great access to the airport and about 30 minutes from the beach. Our expectations were exceeded when walking in and a little snack basket and thank you card greeted us. The response time from start to finish was prompt, helpful, and friendly. Five stars all around!

We loved staying here! Perfect location; walkable to both beach and restaurants. House also had everything you could want and the neighborhood is quiet! Definitely recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and local spots. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We are very thankful for Sammy and all that he did for us! We had some issues with our travel orders and he was very understanding and extremely helpful. The house is perfect for those traveling for work and with small kids. We LOVED being able to utilize the pool also.

I recommand more than 100% this lovely property. Everything élément you can think of is perfect. We were impressed but the cleanliness. Lisa was so king and so quick to reply. You see how much love has put been on the house to us feel at home and even better. The Mae will become our place when we’re in SSI. We are so grateful

We loved our stay. We were there to explore the coast. Perfect jumping off point and ideal house. Huge lovely shaded deck and yard where we stored our bikes safely behind a gate and had coffee each morning. We didn’t cook but we found everything we needed was there. Lovely charming historic home. We had fun every morning bicycling around - the port, the squares, the restaurants. We got in late so the only restaurant we found open was Reid’s. It stayed the favorite for the whole trip. The Yellow Deli looked adorable but sadly we missed them due to holiday.

Ty’s place was perfect for our family of 6 and dog. It’s very spacious, clean and everything is new. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is very close to the beach, downtown, and great places to eat. We really appreciated the extra bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. The fenced in yard had plenty of room for our dog. We would love to come back!

Kim was so great, she was super proactive and accommodating. We really felt like she cared about us having a great time on our vacation. Her place was beautiful, the sunrise from the balcony was gorgeous. The space was roomy with all the accommodations we needed and more! The master suite overlooking the ocean was amazing. It really felt like home -- thanks to Kim's special touches around the condo!

Ginny’s place is beautiful, clean and inviting. The beach is within walking distance and Fort Clinch State Park is very close. Ginny’s communication before, during and after our trip was great and very informative. She even provided us with brief descriptions of many restaurants nearby which was very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back again soon!

The location was perfect! Unit exactly as described. Loved that the unit was a few steps away from the playground! The pools are nice. I appreciated the laundry detergent and bath soap/shampoo/conditioner!! The AC will not go below 70°, but that wasn’t an issue for us. I would definitely stay there again!

We wanted a restful and relaxing spring break trip! This place was great and provided rest and relaxation!! The 3 Cardinals are easy to communicate with and felt safe and comfortable where we were! When we return to St. Simons we would want to stay here! Highly recommend!

This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

Lori & John’s place was a nice stay. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Cute layout and had everything we needed. Right next to the heated pool. They had a guest book with everything you could think of including places to eat. Brogans was one of our favorite. Close to all the attractions. We enjoyed our stay you will too.

We loved it! Very modern and clean. So close to restaurants and right at the pool! My granddaughter loved the playground at on site. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone!

My family experienced a very relaxing stay for spring break. The condo is pet friendly which was great for our two dogs. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sun rise. All of the beds were super comfortable. Laura was very communicative and there were plenty of extra supplies around the condo. We didn’t end up needing anything, but I felt confident that Laura would take care of anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay!
