Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Poco distanti potrete visitare le 5 Terre o città d'arte come Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Genova, Parma o la Lunigiana. Dispone di 6 camere, 5 bagni e una piscina di 11x5m (profonda 2m) nel giardino privato. Previa disponibilità extra una SPA e una dépendance con 2 camere, bagno e soggiorno. L’intero complesso ospita fino a 21 persone (supplemento applicato oltre i 16 ospiti). Un connubio perfetto tra lusso, ampi spazi e comodità urbana, ideale per una vacanza indimenticabile in gruppo.

Villa Maralunga è un'esclusiva villa indipendente situata proprio sopra una delle più prestigiose calette del Golfo dei Poeti. Circondata da cancelli privati, Villa Maralunga offre completa privacy e una vista favolosa per godere di totale relax, magari durante un aperitivo sulla terrazza o a bordo della piccola piscina. Gli ospiti avranno accesso alla piscina non riscaldata dal 1 giugno al 30 settembre ( date indicative perché condizionate dalla situazione meteo della stagione in corso)

A classy accommodation renovated in mid-2022 with a private garden that enjoys a breathtaking view and a privileged position overlooking the sea. Located a few steps from the beach and the town of Portovenere, Giardino di Venere offers all the comforts to relax in an oasis of quiet ideal for couples, families or group of friends.
