In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. I know the area like the back of my hand and will be happy to help you discover it like a local.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

la nostra casa si trova su una collina con vista sul mare super panoramica,a circa 300 metri dal mare , ideale per trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax immersi nel fresco della macchia mediterranea , il territorio e' natura incontaminata . il clima è buono quasi tropicale ,inizia tra aprile e maggio e ancora ad ottobre la temperatura e' sui 24---25 gradi. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: In zona tranquilla, indipendente con giardino privato. In 5 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Pula, in 2 minuti le spiagge di santa Margherita e in 10 minuti le splendide spiagge di Chia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie (con bambini).
