Somos los propietarios directos y esta temporada anunciamos esta exclusiva villa luminosa totalmente reformada con vistas únicas a la bahía del Pto de Sóller. Su ubicación, entre mar y montaña la hace especial. El exterior de la planta baja consta de una piscina con ducha y varias terrazas totalmente amuebladas (con tumbonas, mesas, sillas, barbacoa...) . La casa se divide en dos pisos equipados de manera individual. Para más de 5 huespedes, se podrá disfrutar de las dos plantas de la Villa.

Beach Villa on the sea

Beautiful villa with direct access to the sea situated on top of a small beach. It has 3 floors. The penthouse is a solarium where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Port d'Andratx while sunbathing in hammocks. On the middle floor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can relax in the chill out area. Finally, on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with sea views and a bathroom.

Casa antigua reformada (antigua torre de defensa S. XVI) y con muchos detalles en casco histórico (Es Pantaleu) , zona muy cosmopolita y tranquila en parte alta de Andratx. Se reformó con esmero buscando conseguir las máximas vistas hacia el puerto desde todas las estancias intentando conservar la estética exterior y manteniendo el caracter de la casa. Tiene terraza con barbacoa, tiene intimidad. 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, cocina y sala.

Cas Maridet is a house from 1878 renovated with natural materials such as chemical-free lime and northern wood. It is located in Sa Raconada, a property with three independent houses and private spaces. It has a garden, orchard, terraces and its own parking. A 15-minute walk from Sóller and next to Biniaraix, it offers direct access to hiking and cycling routes through the Serra de Tramuntana. A haven of calm in the heart of nature.

Amazing Luxury Finca - Can Jesús

Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.

Die Casa Can Carolin befindet sich in einem ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Teil im beliebten Dorf Sineu. Die Straße wird nur von wenigen Nachbarn befahren, ein Parkplatz befindet sich in nur 100 Metern Entfernung . Das Haus verfügt über 3 Doppelschlafzimmer und 3 Bäder, Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern sowie einen kleinen privaten Pool im Innenhof.
