Villa Salanti offers a serene retreat featuring two private beaches. Just a few meters from the beach, a patio invites you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Inside the house, you'll find two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with comfortable seating, and one and a half bathrooms. In the evenings, a terrace provides a perfect place to witness spectacular sunsets. Aditionally, the villa promotes environmental responsibility by relying on solar energy harvested from its rooftop.

Our beautiful Villa is located in a hidden heaven mounted rock, which is covered by the sea as far as the human eye can see. The rough, authentic beauty of nature is beautifully linked to the superior design and luxury of the building. Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

Villa Konstantina is a mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people. The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! Nefeli is a large and beautiful property comprising two villas. It was entirely renovated in 2020 by its new owners. Nefeli Villa is one of the villas. It is a traditional Hydriot construction dating to the late 19th century, built into the rock. It offers accommodation on 2 floors, with a total surface of 160 m², as well as front and back terraces and access to the owner’s garden.
