Dot's Place by Sardis Lake is a dedicated vacation rental, ready for your family & friends! This 2,200 sq ft home is set 600 ft off Blackjack Rd, nestled on a 9 acre wooded lot. The 4 roomy bedrooms sleep 8 comfortably - additional guests & pets are possible. The full kitchen was built with entertaining in mind! Dinner and event seating is 20+! Bring the family together for a visit to Sardis Lake, John Kyle State Park, or Mallard Pointe Golf Course. Oxford and FNC Park is just 15 minutes away.

Hillside Hideaway is the perfect furnished rental for business or pleasure just 13 miles (15-20 minutes) from Oxford. A 5 minute walk and you are on the shores of Sardis Lake. Boat ramps are less than a mile away giving you quick access to fishing and boating on the lake. The grounds include a stocked fishing pond and dock (bring your poles) and plenty of space to wander. Get away from it all and catch up on reading thanks to our well-stocked bookshelves, or you can use the high-speed WIFI to stay connected.

Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.

Wonderful home located on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. There is a private dock and a boat ramp only 1 house over. Located 3 mins from the upper lake & the marina. Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
