Private, one bedroom guest house

Lovely, well-appointed apartment SUITABLE FOR ONE PERSON OR A COUPLE. Driveway and private entrance. ADA compliant for wheelchairs. Direct TV in bedroom and living room-includes HBO & dozens of channels. Refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, cooking plate ( skillet and saucepan) Keurig coffee maker. Located behind our house but plenty of privacy. 3 miles from the square and university. 2-night minimum on football game weekends, Double-Decker Weekend in April and UM commencement.

This peaceful location will have you relaxing and unwinding in no time. This is a true rustic cabin experience approximately 1 mile from George Cossar State Park. This is great for hunting, fishing or just relaxing with family. The park offers a playground, a putt putt golf course, and a disc golf course. Our roomy 2 bedroom Condo is located 1.5 miles from Ole Miss on Old Taylor Rd at Fleur de Lis. Both bedrooms have a King size bed with a new Stearns & Foster pillow top mattress and new 55 inch Smart TV. Each bedroom has a private, full bath & walk in closet. The spacious den/family room has new couches, chairs & a new 75 inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, 6 seat dining table & island barstools . Outside has a large patio & reserved parking for 2 cars.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Rhinehart Estates is located 26 miles from Oxford and 5 minutes from Sardis lake. It is located on 3 acres with a pond filled with bass, crappie, catfish and brim. It has a cooking shed out back with a place to watch tv, throw darts and a fire pit. It also has a shed out back where you could back a boat under. The house has a king, queen, full and 4 bunk beds. The master bath has a big tub along with a shower.

Wonderful home located on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. There is a private dock and a boat ramp only 1 house over. Located 3 mins from the upper lake & the marina. Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
