We had the most wonderful stay at the crab shack! As a family of seven, it can sometimes be tricky to find a place that ticks all the boxes, but this home exceeded our expectations in every way. The house itself is spacious, beautifully kept, and thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and style — there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. What truly made the stay special was the peaceful setting. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away felt like a dream. It was the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy some quality time together without any distractions. The views were breathtaking, and the fresh sea air was a treat. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning our return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape by the sea :-)

Great house for a couple of days away

Great place to stay. Perfect location with walking trails, a beautiful beach, and a great little restaurant all minutes walk from your front door. Our host was wonderful and extremely helpful during our stay. 100% reccomend staying here.

We had a lovely few days at StElmo. The area had lovely beaches, friendly locals and it was very much a home from home. There was lots if info regarding things to do, places to eat and drink as well as games, books , netflix etc to keep you entertained. We were lucky that the weather was good while we were there. So we were out and about with our dog enjoying the area and all it has to offer.

The location was great, very modern interior and easy to get around. Although a little dusty but all is made up with the amazing vibes and atmosphere! Sam (The host) was super responsive and helpful as well! Appreciate the responsiveness and the flexibility of his.

What a spectacular home, overlooking the sea. Huge airy rooms, home was spotless and welcome basket very welcome!! The cottage is walking distance to a sandy beach just over the dunes which our dog absolutely loved. Great little coffee cabin within walking distance too.

Lovely one night stay. The cottage was immaculate. The location was idyllic. The cottage was clean and had everything you'd need. Loved the hot tub.. im sure we'll be back. Thank you 😊

I honestly couldn’t fault the place, I loved every moment we were there… we just wish we stayed another night! 🥰. We are planning to be back in the future and I highly recommend it, I also highly recommend getting the pizzas from them!!!!

What can we say, home from home. Beautiful and cozy. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Ideal for our little family. So peaceful and quiet. Little to no internet so kids had no option but to communicate which was lovely. Had 1 little problem with the heating which was sorted within seconds. Can’t fault this place at all. The only problem we had was it didn’t last long enough. We’ve historically stayed in caravans but this has changed our mind for the future. Thank you Simon and Lyndsey.
