Seit Jahrzehnten ist Sardinien mein zweites Zuhause und nun habe ich mir eine kleine FeWo in s'Archittu gekauft und nach meinen Bedürfnissen eingerichtet - wunderschön sonnig und mit Meerblick, nur 300 m vom Strand entfernt. Im Oktober ist sie ein sehr beliebter Surfspot auf Sardinien - zusätzliche Surfspots liegen im Dörfchen Santa Catarina nebenan und ein paar Kilometer weiter: Sa Mesa Longa. Der Preis enthält u.a. die Gebühren von airbnb und die auf Sardinien verlangte 21 % Tourismus-Steuer.

La casa a schiera è situata in una posizione esclusiva a pochi metri dal mare, con ampia terrazza vista mare e accesso diretto alla spiaggia bianca di Putzu Idu. E' stata ristrutturata, arredata e corredata di tutto: 2 camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, 2 bagni completi, grande salone con cucina, porticato d'ingresso e parcheggio privato. Casa "Le fresie" - Torre del pozzo

Spaziosa casa su due livelli immersa nel verde e a un passo dal mare. La casa si compone di zona giorno al piano superiore, con terrazza vista mare, e zona notte con due camere e due bagni al piano inferiore. Al giardino si accede dai due piani e dona alla casa pace e riservatezza. Si arriva al mare a piedi in 5 minuti. Le spiagge di S’Archittu e Santa Caterina si trovano a 5 minuti di macchina, quelle della penisola del Sinis a 30 minuti e la zona costiera di Bosa si raggiunge in 40 minuti.

Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

A pochi passi da uno dei tratti più suggestivi della provincia di Oristano si affitta un ampio appartamento di 100 mq in contesto bifamiliare. L'alloggio è composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto con letto singolo e letto da una piazza e mezza, un ampio salone con tv e aria condizionata, una cucina abitabile, un bagno e due terrazze di cui una coperta. L'appartamento offre una bellissima vista sul mare in cui di sera è possibile ammirare dei tramonti mozzafiato.

È il più grande di due piccoli appartamenti attigui -con ingresso indipendente- di una casa di campagna realizzata nel 2019, Sa Canistedda. Sa corbe può ospitare un massimo di 4 persone. Al piano terra ci sono la zona giorno e il bagno; il soppalco ospita la zona notte. La veranda è dotata di una comoda doccia esterna ed è ideale per pranzi e cene all’aperto. Il giardino e l’area gioco possono essere condivisi.

Mare Torre del Pozzo Ideale per famiglie

Appartamento situato in collina nella località di Torre del Pozzo, si gode di una stupenda vista sul mare, si apprezza la tranquillità e il profumo della macchia mediterranea. Le spiagge più vicine distano pochi minuti di macchina e la città principale, Oristano, è a 20 minuti. Nella zona ci sono bar, tabacchi, pizzerie e ristoranti tipici, due piccoli market e una gelateria. Nel vicino paese di Riola Sardo si trova un supermercato, la banca, la farmacia e altri servizi.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
