La Casetta: "the little house" near to the beaches

La Casetta means, in Italian, little house. Set in a private, peaceful, mature Florida tropical garden, a real hideaway. I am proud of the cleanliness of our property, however in this new reality that we live in, we do carry out enhanced cleaning and sanitizing between guests. We also practice social distancing, insofar as guests have their own part of our luscious back garden as well as your own entrance. La Casetta has 1 queen sized bed, bathroom & kitchenette. Wifi & Netflix available.

You are safe with me!Enhanced cleaning protocol in place- as per Airbnb guidelines. Welcome! Be yourself! A five star stay, guaranteed. You WILL be happy here! Special occasion? My favorite. I like doing special things for special people. Courtyard w/ lounge chairs, tiki bar, pond & cafe seating! Queen bed and a pullout couch with new mattress! A 1/2 m walk to downtown. 1 of 2 upstairs apartments at The Tropical Nut! We aim to please! No-regret-booking! Will consider-if asked-pets of all kinds!

Beautiful and Restful Sarasota Florida Retreat

This old Florida home has been updated with granite counters in the kitchen with newer appliances, ceramic tile, and wood flooring. There is plenty of room to spread out in the main living room and within the wood wall and ceiling finished gathering room. The backyard patio area is perfect for outdoor BBQs. The lush tropical landscaping provides the old Florida home feel. The best amenity is a semi-private outdoor shower with lush vegetation screening. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast.

This wonderful pool home is located in the heart of Sarasota and just minutes away from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach! This fantastic vacation home offers 4 relaxing bedrooms and 3 full baths - there is also a Queen-size pull out sofa in the living room. A real bonus is having two master suites! The first offers a King-size bed with an adjoining bathroom featuring a walk-in shower plus his & her sinks. The second master is appointed with a Queen-sized bed and adjoining bathroom.

The cottage was built in 1926 and is in a Historic Neighborhood. Our location is a 10 min car ride to the #1 Rated Siesta Key Beach and a short stroll to popular eateries and shopping areas.
