Our unique villas sit just 1/2 mile from one of Florida’s most pristine beaches. Many local restaurants and shops are easily accessible. The villas also have an attached yard/field perfect for pets, 40 lb max total weight . The local beach is considered one of Florida’s finest with only one access point for over 7 miles of private beach! A coastal chic home away from home. You are going to step into your own coastal oasis with a large private backyard to gather by the fire pit/grill a meal together. Only a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches, downtown SRQ, and St. Armands Circle. A great location to have the city life but also quiet enough to relax when you need some RNR. This house is part of a duplex. Contact owner if interested in renting both units. Both have private yards. Parties and events are not allowed.

Keep it simple at this centrally-located spot. Just 2 blocks from the water, Charlotte Harbor and Bayshore Park. Go for walks or enjoy the sunset out on the piers. A very short drive to downtown Punta Gorda with lots of night life and restaurants.
