The Animal House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fun animal themed, totally remodeled upstairs apartment with one bedroom and kitchen. Private entrance and on driveway parking. Private screened lanai upstairs with outdoor dining and room for family games or entertaining. Access to the pool and lanai (newly renovated), fire pit, treehouse, swing and your own gas grill for guest use. Spacious back yard on a cul-de-sac. Close to shopping, dining, beaches, the airport and the interstate.

The Sapphire Suite

Beautifully elegant suite with a relaxing touch. A pleasant mix of Hispanic and Modern decor in a newly renovated living area complete with all necessities such as wifi, an outdoor patio and your own free parking. The suite is located MINUTES away from all of Sarasota's famous hotspots! It is down the street from Jungle Gardens. A 10minute walk to The Ringling Museum. 10minute drive to Downtown, 15 minute drive to both Siesta Key and St. Armand's Circle. It could not be located more ideally!

Private entrance and outdoor area were you can enjoy the sun while you are in the hot tub!!Free parking space for 2 cars .Very FRIENDLY neighborhood!!! You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, 0.6 miles from Ed Smith Stadium, 4.1 miles from UTC mall, 8 miles from Florida number one beach “SIESTA KEY”. Also there are few gas stations, restaurants, nail salons, grocery stores and Public transportation within a 0.8 mile radius.
