I had a most amazing family trip at Pamela’s house. Not only was everything in pristine condition, but it was exactly what I had hoped for in every way. Endless amenities; close access to the beach, the dock was serene and lovely, we enjoyed the hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, pool, hammocks, ping pong. There was nothing I could ask to be different or change and Pamela was so easy to work with as a hostess.

We loved this place so much we came back! Perfect spot for traveling with kids around the area. The house is clean, cozy and set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Amy is very quick to respond to any questions.

We stayed 7 weeks and felt right at home from the minute we opened the front door. Communication was immediate and courteous. And we texted even before our arrival, so NO surprises. Very well stocked (towels etc) with plenty of starter supplies. Both bathes stocked (shampoo, conditioners & body wash). Laundry products, t-paper, after sun, band-aids, 1st aid etc. Nice blender that I used daily for my smoothies. Beds and furniture very comfortable and clean. Best home away from home for us! Quiet neighborhood and great place to stretch out on vacation instead of being cramped in a hotel.

Willman is an awesome host! His home is great. The pictures and description are spot on. We absolutely loved the beautiful neighborhood. It was a short drive to everything we needed in the area. We would definitely love to stay at his place again.

This place was nothing but amazing the host was very responsive and accommodated us to check in earlier my kids love the pool it was great kept them quite busy , the open kitchen concept out looking the pool was so nice when I was meal prepping and trying to watch the kids

We had family coming in from Ohio/Texas/Colorado/East Coast FL for my sons Beach wedding - we realized right before that our number had grown. I immediately messaged and was able to get both homes - side by side providing my family such comfort. The beds/kitchens/couches/bathrooms were all just like the pictures. Lovely. To top it off....my mother-in-law fell ill and we were worried she could not travel by check out- Olivia assured me that we could stay until she could leave. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Sarasota home! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the sun and sand with our family. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

We just got back from a weekend getaway here and cannot say enough great things about this property. The unit was spotless and felt extremely clean, we could not have been more comfortable during our stay. They have everything you need for a great day at the beach - umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs and wagons. There were always plenty available for us to use. This property has several units on it however we did not run into any other guests during our entire stay and it felt very private. We even used the hot tub and pool one evening! The host was very flexible and accommodated us for early check in and late check out which was amazing. The unit was a short 10 minute walk to the beach and to the downtown area where all the shops and restaurants are. Truly one of the best Airbnb properties we have stayed at and will not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Siesta Key!!!

Great Pass-a-grille location, just steps to beach access and food.

Our stay here could not have been better, the accommodations were perfect, exactly as advertised. It is absolutely a hidden gem right in the middle of beautiful Pass A Grille! And the on-site Resturant did not disappoint, absolutely amazing food!

It's a very good house with a breathtaking view, everything is there and the beds are very comfortable, I really liked it, I'm sure you'll stay here again

Wonderful hosts. The Berkeley Beach Club team, the staff from The Dewey restaurant and the rooftop bar servers were all great, helping us celebrate our anniversary with special treats, flowers, breakfast service and great warmth.

We loved staying at Maryann’s place on pass a grille! It was walkable to the beach and other restaurants..as well as easy to get downtown at night. The rooftop has great views, the staff was really accommodating. We will be back!!

Found this wonderful place at a last minute! So wonderful! What a blessing. Place was well thought out, very accommodating for any sort of needs. Very dog friendly. Hosts (as well as other guests) were very sweet and and really enjoyed getting to chat at breakfast with all. Breakfast was always warm, delicious and wonderful. Wonderful homemade rolls every day. Great way to start your day. Very close to the beach as well.

Andrea and Ken made us feel like family. They had all the accommodations for our 7 month old girl. They loved having her there. They made sure we were comfortable, safe, and well fed. The place was quiet and private. Wonderful hosts and very kind.
