River View Lisbon’s New Apartment

The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

Our architect designed apartment has a welcoming vibe and a view over River Tejo. Located in quiet Santa Catarina, within walking distance to Bairro Alto, Chiado and Baixa. 5 min away from the metro station of Cais do Sodré and 3min to tram 28. The apartment is in a calm, typical street, where you will feel the true atmosphere of our city. From here you can visit all the main attractions by foot, wander in old alleys and check one of the most breath taking view points of the city the Adamastor.

Few comments... it's true! But only because it is a new apartment. However, all the dedication and attention to make your vacation fantastic is here. This cozy and charming house is an independent part of a unique villa of the 19th century, ideal to relax while visiting Sintra.
