Mediterranean Apartment with Breathtaking Views

The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Un appartamento con balconi che affacciano dentro il Teatro Romano di Catania, in centro città, nella principale via Vittorio Emanuele. Le recensioni dei nostri ospiti sono la migliore presentazione della casa Piazza Duomo con la Cattedrale di Sant'Agata, la Pescheria, Castello Ursino, Monastero dei Benedettini, ristoranti, negozi e vivace vita notturna intorno a voi, a circa 300 metri. Non vi serve l'auto. Non c'è ascensore, ma un comodo montacarichi porterà le valige al piano. Vi aspettiamo

Al Pisciotto

La casa si trova in Contrada Pisciotto, poco sopra il centro abitato di Cefalù. La splendida vista sulla cittadina e il suo vecchio porto, il verde circostante e l'area in cui la casa è situata, ne fanno un luogo di relax a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge e dal centro storico. L'alloggio consiste in una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno nuovo con box doccia, la cucina e un ampio spazio esterno al coperto in cui è possibile mangiare. È necessaria l'automobile ma la casa prevede il parcheggio

Walking distance are the famous fish market, the main square in Catania - Piazza Duomo and many restaurants and bars. It is located on the second floor of an antique building and it has been totally renovated with high quality materials, trying to preserve the original features like the sicilian cement tiles, the antique wooden doors and the amazing ceiling decorations.
