Il primo livello (130 mq) ha 2 camere da letto (una con bagno en-suite), soggiorno, bagno e cucina attrezzata. Terrazzo luminoso. Al secondo livello (130 mq) è la splendida terrazza con vista a 360°. Sentieri escursionistici e servizi a pochi minuti. La spiaggia è raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata. Ottimamente riscaldata, è ideale anche d’inverno.

Immersa in uno splendido giardino, "Le tre rose", appena ristrutturata, è una casa vacanze ideale per 2 o 3 persone. La camera da letto offre tutti i confort, il bagno si fa notare per una spaziosa cabina doccia, la cucina è dotata di un forno a microonde, una macchina da caffè e stoviglie ed utensili più comuni.
