La casa è composta da un'ampia zona giorno,una camera matrimoniale con vista,una seconda camera con letto a castello, bagno e cucina completamente equipaggiata.Un'ampio porticato abbraccia due lati della casa.

La casa è in località malfatano a 1,8 km dalla bellissima spiaggia di Tuerredda (tra cui 800 mt di strada sterrata) La casa garantisce privacy e tranquillità. L'immobile è di circa 65 mq con due camere da letto, un ampio soggiorno cucina e bagno. la casa è dotata di condizionatori. All'esterno troviamo un'ampia veranda, un barbecue un forno a legna e campo da tennis. A poca distanza le spiagge di Chia capo spartivento e tutta la costa di Teulada sino a raggiungere le dune Is Arenas Biancas.

The ideal place for a stay out of the ordinary, silent and private, the apartment overlooks the ancient city and enjoys a view that reaches as far as the islands of southern Sardinia. The cathedral, visible from the balcony, is just a few steps away.

In S'acqua Callenti De Basciu, the villa "Rossu" offers you an excellent view of the mountains. Located in a quiet area, the 120 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available on request. The private outdoor area includes a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

I know the area like the back of my hand and will be happy to help you discover it like a local.

The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
